Ongoing training, hiring, and kitchen staff. What is your company culture? Restaurants have notoriously high turnover rates. Make sure on-going training for staff and on-boarding training for newbies are easy, fun and effective.
Improve your marketing. There should be a marketing plan, email, social and print. Used effectively should create new relationships and cultivate existing relationships with customers.
Take care of YOU. That’s right, you are busy and being a restauranteur is challenging. Your team and customers will respect and appreciate a leader that takes care of themselves.
